You Have What It Takes

You don’t have to wait for anyone to tell you you’re brave enough, strong enough, smart enough, pretty enough, enough enough.

You don’t have to wait for your husband’s permission, or see what your partner thinks. You don’t have to have your family’s approval, you don’t have to hear what your friends think, and you don’t have to worry about what other people are going to say.

You have it in you. IT. You have the ability to do whatever your heart desires. You have the power to create exactly what you want in life. You have the power to create a life that makes you absolutely over-the-moon blissful at every moment. You can have a love affair with yourself- in fact, it’s the only person you can love. Anytime you’re trying to love someone else, you’re loving you.

You can create the greatest thing on the planet- your happiness. If you want to sing, sing. If you want to dance, dance. If you want to write, ride a bike, fly a kite, paint your nails orange or fly to Tahiti- do it. It’s yours to do. You’re the only one who can live your marvelous life for you.

If you want to say yes, don’t let anyone talk you into saying no. If you want to say no, don’t let anyone talk you into a yes. They might have good reasons for wanting you to change your mind. Let them have their reasons. You have yours: to live your life the way you want to live it.

What other people think is none of your business.

What you want for your life is sacred.

Don’t let anyone take that away from you.
