“All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become.” -Buddha
“A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.” -Mahatma Gandhi
“Man, alone, has the power to transform his thoughts into physical reality; man, alone, can dream and make his dreams come true.” -Napoleon Hill
Everything you have thought created who you are now.
Everything you’re thinking now is unfolding who you are, moment by moment.
Your thoughts are who you are.
Your thoughts are creating you.
“Your life is what your thoughts make it.” -Marcus Aurelius
Your thoughts have the power to bind you or free you.
Your thoughts form reality.
Your thoughts are determining how you feel right now.
There is nothing external. There is only You, the thinker behind your thoughts, and your thoughts.
YOU decide what you want to think.
YOU decide how you want to feel.
YOU decide if you want to feel empowered, healthy, happy, creative, energized, and joyful.
YOU decide if you want to feel like a victim, angry, upset, anxious, scared, stuck, or bitter.
“Those who are free of resentful thoughts surely find peace.” -Buddha
Nothing affects you unless you think that it does.
Nothing makes you a victim unless you decide to be a victim.
Nothing makes you happy unless you decide to be happy.
“The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts: therefore, guard accordingly, and take care that you entertain no notions unsuitable to virtue and reasonable nature.” -Marcus Aurelius
Your thoughts are what create this reality.
And YOU decide what to think.
“The more man meditates upon good thoughts, the better will be his world and the world at large.” -Confucius
If you don’t believe this, you’re deciding to disempower yourself.
If you think, “that’s a lot of responsibility” then it will be. (Your thought just created that load of responsibility.)
If you think, “I love it that I control my thoughts. I’m empowered, excited, and challenged to come up with better and better thoughts” then that’s what you’ve created.
“We are what our thoughts have made us; so take care about what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far.” -Swami Vivekananda
